What is BarCamp?

BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment.

It is an intense event with discussions, demos and interaction from participants who are the main actors of the event. BarCamp is a cool place for young, motivated and talented people to hangout. More importantly, it is where ideas get shared, created and advanced. This is not a formal gathering of black suits but an intense camp of those who strive to achieve.

BarCamp is in essence a conference without a preset agenda. We prefer the term 'unconference' actually. BarCamp is an 'unconference'- organized by attendees, for attendees. There is no audience, only participants. So host a session, help out with planning, ask questions, spread the word- Everybody is invited. There really are no walls.

BarCamp presents an opportunity to share and learn about interesting ideas, services or products with like-minded individuals. BarCamp could be a platform for new, unique and innovative voices that would have gone unheard otherwise.

What can I do in BarCamp 2010?
You can simply support BarCamp as a Volunteer, Session Presenter or simply as a Participant. Your attendant at BarCamp will be highly appreciated.

Who can pickup BarCamp Session?

In true BarCamp form, our sessions are proposed by community volunteers. The official schedule will be based on the sessions chosen by members attending the camp! In other words, YOUR camp will be 15hrs of kickass sessions chosen by YOU. Pick ONLY the sessions you plan to attend when compiling your own ultimate schedule. If you can only attend one day, pick eight instead of 15. We’ll keep an active tally. The sessions with the most votes will make the cut. See something you like? Add it to your schedule! 5 Common Mistakes in Web Page Title

1. Not Having a Title
There is a tremendous number of websites that don’t have a title tag or that use a default title like "Untitled Document". Just try a search in Google for "untitled document" and you won’t believe the millions of results that matches your search.
Because search engines use your title tag to display in their search results, not having one — or having one that isn’t meaningful — makes it hard to find and index your pages.
Page titles give a web page some context. It tells a web robot like Google’s search spider what the web page is about.
2. Page Titles That Are Too Short or Too Long
Even though this is not a massive issue, short page titles will limit the potential of a page to rank for several keywords. Google, for example, can display up to 70 characters in their search engine results page (SERP) — why not take advantage of that?
But don’t overdo it. Keep in mind that the more keywords there are in the title, the more diluted they become. Having too many keywords in the page title, although visible by Google, can lead to the common issue of keyword cannibalization (which we will talk about next).
Terms that appear first in the title are the ones that will be given more importance. For example, if a web page talks about how to repair a broken hard drive on a Dell XPS laptop and the main keywords are "repair", "Dell", and "XPS", a title like:
Notice how the key terms are closer to the beginning in the second example, and that it is shorter than the first example. Not only is it better for search engine ranking, but it’s also easier to read and comprehend.
Devise great titles that give your web pages meanings, and remember that web users want information quickly — don’t make them have to think about what your page titles are by writing informative page titles that are neither too short and lacking information or too long and hard to read.
3. Keyword Cannibalization
This is a situation when pages titles are stuffed with too many keywords. Keyword-stuffing is an unscrupulous tactic that a few SEO consultants use to improve their clients’ search engine rankings. Though I am an SEO consultant myself, I don’t recommend blatantly loading your pages with keywords because not only does it affect your search engine ranking’s effectiveness, but is also the reason that we sometimes see non-relevant web pages ranking highly for a specific keyword.
Because your web pages are (or should be) distinct and should have unique content, the same should be the case with page titles. Repeating the same keywords in various pages regardless of whether or not they are relevant to that particular page is not going to help, mainly for two reasons:
1. Irrelevant web pages may be picked up by the search engines, but will have high bounce rates as it doesn’t convert effectively due to the fact that the page isn’t what the searcher is looking for
2. It violates Google’s mantra of "Don’t be evil"
4. Using the Company/Site Name in All Web Pages
As previously said, Google displays up to 70 characters of a given page title in their SERPs. It does see longer ones, though, and despite what many SEO professionals preach, it isn’t a huge problem to have page titles that are greater than 70 characters in a page title.
Nevertheless, you need to think of what should and shouldn’t appear in the title. Many website owners tend to include their business name in the title, some of which can be very lengthy. What is even worse is that they want their name to appear first in every single web page.
Including your company name (unless it’s a search term that will likely be used), is unnecessary, and is consistent with some of the mistakes I’ve discussed earlier.
With the page title including the company’s name, it is using 37 more characters (with spaces)!
Search engine ranking might be better if it was simply:
It would make sense displaying your company name in the homepage, contact page, and about page but avoid them in content pages.
5. Duplicate Web Page Titles
Another common mistake is having duplicate page titles. This makes it difficult to determine which page is which when they are all displayed in search engine results pages.
As previously said, all of your web pages should be unique — so by logic, all of your web page titles should also be unparalleled.

SLC results out, pass percentage 4% less than last year

BHAKTAPUR: The Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE), Sanothimi, Friday evening published the results of the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) exams for the academic session 2066 BS.

Under the regular category, a total of 2,47,689 students passed the exam, with pass percentage standing at 64.31, the OCE said. Of the pass outs, 1, 38,716 are boys while the remaining 1, 08,973 are girls.

Of those passing the exam, 16,859 achieved distinction, 93,339 with first division,

1, 28,028 second division and the rest 9,416, third division

This year’s pass percentage is four percent less than that of last year, which stood at 68.67 per cent. In all, 4,56,719 students had appeared in the exam, which was conducted in March this year.

Among the pass outs, 17,000 examinees made it through with grace marks. Also 427,051students, failing in only two subjects, have been eligible for the chance exam, scheduled for Shrawan 30-Bhadra 6 next month.

Likewise, under the exempted category, 12,227 students passed the exam with a pass percentage of 29.18. Combining both the categories, 2, 59,916 students made it through this year exam.

2,248 results under the regular and 731 under the exempted category have been withheld this year.

Where to see the results?

The results with marksheets could be accessed on The Himalayan Times' www.thehimalayantimes.com.

The results, along with the marks obtained, can be viewed on the OCE's www.soce.gov.np and Nepal Telecom's www.ntc.net.np, among other websites, by entering the student's symbol number and the date of birth.

The success or failure in the exams can be known by entering the symbol number on Ministry of Education's www.moe.gov.np and Department of Education's www.doe.gov.np also.

On mobile phone, the results could be instantly accessed by sending an SMS to 2722 (THT Live) following the step as follows: Type SLC Symbol Number, and send it to 2722

The SMS services for the results on other number are also available: 1600 (Nepal Telecom) and 1215 (UTL).

The results will be published in Saturday’s edition of The Himalayan Times English daily.

Chance exams from mid-August

Meanwhile, the OCE said that it will conduct the chance exams for the students who failed in only two subjects. The exams are scheduled from August 15 to 22.

Google has published a PageRank update across the web. A SEO Consult has monitored and reported several PageRank increases on many of our monitored websites, having a positive effect on the SERP rankings on 03 April 2010.

This is the second time that Google has decided to make the update over a national bank holiday in the UK – the last update being over the Christmasmas period with the update happening on 31 December, 2009.

Back From Long Tour

Yesterday I have back from 8 days long tour.
The tour was really adventurous, Thrilling as well as enjoyable one, I like to called it is a life time remembrance tour.
Sikkim was a very beautiful places to visit. I really like any places of Sikkim, The people in Sikkim was really franks and helpful.
Darjeeling as well as Ilam also a beautiful places, Lots of natural beauties markup its gorgeousness .
Jungle Safari in Chitwan was exciting and enjoyable.
Rafting in Trishuli River with all beloved frends was totally unforgettable as well as adventurous.

Today I have Attend CAN 16th AGM at Hotel Himalaya, Pulchowk, Kathmand, Nepal.
The AGM was started a bit late due to renew disagreement of various Member.
After some time the problem was solved and the open session of AGM was started.
At the Opening session of The CAN AGM, Secretary Naryan Neupane Open the session with welcome message.
After the Welcome to all guest, CAN General Secretary Binod Dhakal Brief the CAN Activities of 2065/66.

At 1:30PM we have joined to Lunch session.
I have enjoyed at Lunch session to many new friends.
When we have backed from Lunch Session the Treasure of CAN brief about the Revenue/Expenditure of 2065/2066.
Then, the first President of CAN Mr. Bimal Sir gave a nice presentation, He have explained about CAN good future as well as Challenging Perspective.
Finally president of CAN announce the end of the session after a short sweet speech.
In brief I have found that CAN AGM was fruitful in terms of new creative vision of various member as well as nice co-operation among members.

Top 10 search engine optimization tips: U don’t miss

Having a website that gets found in Google, Yahoo, and MSN, etc. isn't hard to do, but it can be difficult to know where to begin. Here are my latest and greatest tips to get you started:

1. Do not purchase a new domain unless you have to.
The search engines put a lot of stock in how long your website and domain have been around. While you can purchase a new domain and redirect your old one to the new one, your best bet is to use your existing domain/website if at all possible. If you're redesigning or starting from scratch and you have to use a brand-new domain for some reason, you can expect at least somewhat of a loss in search engine traffic. It could be anywhere from a few weeks to a few months or more.

2. Optimize your site for your target audience, not for the search engines.
This may sound counterintuitive, but hear me out. The search engines are looking for pages that best fit the keyword phrase someone types into their little search box. If those "someones" are typing in search words that relate to what your site offers, then they are most likely members of your target audience. You need to optimize your site to meet *their* needs. If you don't know who your target audience is, then you need to find out one way or another. Look for studies online that might provide demographic information, and visit other sites, communities, or forums where your target audience might hang out and listen to what they discuss. This information will be crucial to your resulting website design, keyword research, and copywriting.

3. Research your keyword phrases extensively.
The phrases you think your target market might be searching for may very well be incorrect. To find the optimal phrases to optimize for, use research tools such as KeywordDiscovery, Wordtracker or Google's Keyword Tool. Compile lists of the most relevant phrases for your site, and choose a few different ones for every page. Never shoot for general keywords such as "travel" or "vacation," as they are rarely (if ever) indicative of what your site is really about.

4. Design and categorize your site architecture and navigation based on your keyword research.
Your research may uncover undiscovered areas of interest or ways of categorizing your products/services that you may wish to add to your site. For instance, let's say your site sells toys. There are numerous ways you could categorize and lay out your site so that people will find the toys they're looking for. Are people looking for toys to fit their child's stage of development? (Look for keyword phrases such as "preschool toys.") Or are they more likely to be seeking specific brands of toys? Most likely, your keyword research will show you that people are looking for toys in many different ways. Your job is to make sure that your site's navigation showcases the various ways of searching. Make sure you have links to specific-brand pages as well as specific age ranges, specific types of toys, etc.

5. Program your site to be "crawler-friendly."
The search engines can't fill out forms, can't search your site, can't read JavaScript links and menus, and can't interpret graphics and Flash. This doesn't mean that you can't use these things on your site; you most certainly can! However, you do need to provide alternate means of navigating your site as necessary. If you have only a drop-down sequence of menus to choose a category or a brand of something, the search engine crawlers will never find those resulting pages. You'll need to make sure that you always have some form of HTML links in the main navigation on every page which link to the top-level pages of your site. From those pages, you'll need to have further HTML links to the individual product/service pages.

6. Label your internal text links and clickable image alt attributes (aka alt tags) as clearly and descriptively as possible.
Your site visitors and the search engines look at the clickable portion of your links (aka the anchor text) to help them understand what they're going to find once they click through. Don't make them guess what's at the other end with links that say "click here" or other non-descriptive words. Be as descriptive as possible with every text and graphical link on your site. The cool thing about writing your anchor text and alt attributes to be descriptive is that you can almost always describe the page you're pointing to by using its main keyword phrase.

7. Write compelling copy for the key pages of your site based on your chosen keyword phrases and your target market's needs, and make sure it's copy that the search engines can "see."
This is a crucial component to having a successful website. The search engines need to read keyword-rich copy on your pages so they can understand how to classify your site. This copy shouldn't be buried in graphics or hidden in Flash. Write your copy based on your most relevant keyword phrases while also making an emotional connection with your site visitor. (This is where that target audience analysis comes in handy!) Understand that there is no magical number of words per page or number of times to use your phrases in your copy. The important thing is to use your keyword phrases only when and where it makes sense to do so for the real people reading your pages. Simply sticking keyword phrases at the top of the page for no apparent reason isn't going to cut it, and it just looks silly. 8. Incorporate your keyword phrases into each page's unique Title tag.
Title tags are critical because they're given a lot of weight with every search engine. Whatever keyword phrases you've written your copy around should also be used in your Title tag. Remember that the information that you place in this tag is what will show up as the clickable link to your site at the search engines. Make sure that it accurately reflects the content of the page it's on, while also using the keyword phrases people might be using at a search engine to find your stuff.

9. Make sure your site is "link-worthy."
Other sites linking to yours is a critical component of a successful search engine optimization campaign, as all of the major search engines place a good deal of emphasis on your site's overall link popularity. The Benefits of a Solid Content Management System

In the early days of the web most sites consisted of a handful of HTML pages. For smaller sites, it made sense for webmasters to use programs like Microsoft Front Page and Macromedia (now Adobe Dreamweaver) to edit their site templates, which usually contained the navigation, header and footer (the "shell" of the site), and individual pages.

The problems?

* Messy code
These so-called What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWIG) editors didn't always get the code right. Webmasters almost always had to get into the back-end and tweak the HTML source code. This took time.
* Tedious site updates
Edits to a site template meant every page had to be updated and reuploaded to the web server. This took time and used resources - especially before the days of broadband.

* Painstaking SEO
Optimizing for search engines meant going through every page and manually making sure your H1 (header) and Title tags were well optimized.

* Risk of data loss
Forgetting to download the most recent version of a site when working with multiple site editors or from multiple locations made it easy for editors to overwrite site updates - sometimes losing hundreds of hours of work with one ill-advised click of the "upload" button.

Enter the Content Management System (CMS).

Content Management Systems do what they sound like - they help you manage your content. Essentially, a CMS allows you to create/edit/delete your site pages without getting into the coding side of things. For larger sites, they also make organization easier. The content is largely stored in a site database, which lives on a web server, alleviating the need to back up hundreds of HTML files (if your site is that big).

* No need to be a code junky

Since site content lives mostly in the database with a CMS, there isn't much risk of someone accidentally overwriting a recently-updated page or losing important files. Just be sure to back up your database on a regular basis and before upgrading your CMS.

* The site can be accessed/edited from any location
Most content management systems are web-based - meaning they live entirely on your web server. The only thing required to access/edit your site in this case is a username/password to log in. This means you don't need to worry about being at your computer or carrying your site files with you when traveling. Adding/editing/deleting site pages is a simple as logging in and using the web-based back end to get it done - and site updates can be published live instantly with no need for FTP.

* Simple site updates don't require you to call/pay your web developer
This alone can save most companies thousands of dollars a year. With a content management system you no longer need to call your web developer every time you need to correct a spelling error or add an event to a calendar. You can handle updates yourself or have someone in your office - maybe even an intern - make the change directly. The point is: it's easy. You no longer have to pay the developer's rate for simple updates, and you don't need to waste time communicating the changes via phone or email and settling invoices.

* Development costs are cheaper for open source content management systems
If you're looking to either migrate an existing site to a content management system or use one for a new site, you are likely to be looking at a cheaper project overall (depending on the level of customization). Most of the bells and whistles are built right into the system - so development becomes more a task of updating the look and feel of the CMS template than building from scratch. Of course, design is crucial - so if you're looking for a polished site design you'll still want to hire a solid designer/developer, but a simple and clean site design with moderate customization shouldn't break the bank. There are also some very nice "out of the box" templates and themes available for most open source content management systems, such as the feature-rich and attractive Thesis theme for WordPress.

I have felt very immense to take participation at workshop.

I have learn the basic Linux Overview, Simple Linux Command to the administration of Linux (Ubuntu Ultimate).

I will also attend the tomorrow’s session, which will mainly focus on LTSP.

Windows 7 is the working name for the next major version of Microsoft Windows as the successor of Windows Vista. Microsoft has announced that it is “scoping Windows 7 development to a three-year timeframe”, and that “the specific release date will ultimately be determined by meeting the quality bar.” Windows 7 is expected to be released in the beginning of 2010. The client versions of Windows 7 will ship in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.[2] A server variant, codenamed Windows Server 7, is also under development.

Bill Gates suggested that the next version of Windows would “be more user-centric.” That means that right now when you move from one PC to another, you’ve got to install apps on each one, do upgrades on each one. Moving information between them is very painful. We can use Live Services to know what you’re interested in. So even if you drop by a [public] kiosk or somebody else’s PC, we can bring down your home page, your files, your fonts, your favorites and those things. So that’s kind of the user-centric thing that Live Services can enable. [Also,] in Vista, things got a lot better with [digital] ink and speech, but by the next release there will be a much bigger bet. Students won’t need textbooks; they can just use these tablet devices. Parallel computing is pretty important for the next release. We’ll make it so that a lot of the high-level graphics will be just built into the operating system. So we’ve got a pretty good outline.

Windows 7 has reached the Milestone 1 (M1) stage and has been made available to key partners. According to reports sent to TG Daily, the build adds support for systems using multiple heterogeneous graphics cards and a new version of Windows Media Center. New features in Milestone 1 also reportedly include Gadgets being integrated into Windows Explorer, a Gadget for Windows Media Center, the ability to visually pin and unpin items from the Start Menu and Recycle Bin, improved media features, a new XPS Viewer, and the Calculator accessory featuring Programmer and Statistics modes along with unit conversion.

Keywords are the key to whether your site is seen in the search engines or not. Whether you plan to submit your site for free or use a service you will need to prepare your keyword for the site.

Following are tips must be kept in mind while making your site keywords.

TIP #1
Do not put words into your keyword list that have nothing to do with the content of your web site.

TIP #2
The more key words (phrases) you stress, the less each one will become emphasized. You have a better chance of ranking higher in the search engines with a more targeted approach.

TIP #3
Think about where the competition is for keywords. Avoid using common or generic words, especially ones that have to do with the Internet in general, i.e., web design, internet services, etc. If you are a real estate agent, the words 'real estate' might be very hard to capture. You would be better off with something more specific like 'commercial real estate pennsylvania.'

TIP #4
Use common variations of misspelling in your keyword list.

TIP #5
Make sure you use your keywords in the body text, Title tag and Meta tags
of your main page.
If you have the perfect keywords, Title and Meta tags, but your body text or content does not contain your keywords, you will probably be listed low in the search engines. Concentrate on the first two paragraphs of your web page.

TIP #6
Unless you are a well known company like Microsoft, it is generally less important to emphasize your company name. Ideally your web site will bring you new business from customers that are unfamiliar with your company, but who are searching for products/services that you can provide.

TIP #7
Use descriptive keyword phrases - as Brian Pinkerton, founder of WebCrawler puts it, "Imagine walking up to a librarian and saying 'travel'. They're going to look at you with a blank face."

TIP #8
Do not hide keywords in the text of your document by using a font color that is the same color as your background color.

SUMMARY
Choose the right keywords! Target the wrong keywords and all your efforts will be in vain. Choose the right keywords, and you'll see an increase in traffic. It is of utmost importance to identify your target market and then select keyword phrases to match. Therefore, select your keywords with extreme care!

As clicks as it sounds this is the number one for any search marketing strategy, it is impossibly important to ensure that you have content worth viewing. Without this one simply step to ensure that there is a reason for someone to be on your site, everything else is useless. There are a lot of great sites to find inspiration for writing great content that works.

A link is a link is a link, but without the simplest form you aren’t going to do well in search engines. The more links you have the more often you are going to be crawled. It is also important to make sure that you have the proper anchor text for your incoming links. Making sure that you create and maintain a sitemap for all of the pages on your site will help the search robots to find all of the pages in your site and index them. Most of the time you can simply name it sitemap.xml and the search robot will find the file effectively.

२००८-०८-०८- खेलकूद को महासंग्राम मानिने ओलंपिक गेमको १७ ओँ ग्रीष्मकालीन संस्करण चीन को राजधानी बेइजिंग मा शुक्रबार सुरु भएको छ। अहिलेसम्मकै इतिहास लाई तोड्दै चीन ले ओलंपिक भब्य रुपमा उदघाटन गर्यो। उदघाटन मा रंगशाला नै प्रमुख बिशेषता थियो ९१ हजार दर्शक आताउने उक्त रंगशाला ४० करोड़ अमेरिकी डलर लगत मा निर्माण भएको थियो।बिश्वका करीब १०,००० खेलाडी को सभागिता हुने उक्त प्रतियोगिता मा नेपाल का आठ खेलाडी ले बिभिन्न बिधा मा प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्ने छन।

Connect to the Remote Computer using Remote Desktop Connection

The default listening port for Remote Desktop (3389) of the computer can be changed to another port number easily. If the Remote Desktop listening port number for the remote computer where the Remote Desktop client is going to connect to has been changed to use non-default and non-standard port to accept Remote Desktop connections, this non-standard specific port number has to be specified in Remote Desktop Connection client.

User uses Remote Desktop Connection client to connect to remote computer that has Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) server enabled and running. In Windows XP, Remote Desktop Connection can be accessed by clicking Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Communications, and click on Remote Desktop Connection. Microsoft Knowledge Base article KB304304 provides details on how to configure the Remote Desktop client to connect to a specific port when you use Windows XP, however, the procedure and protocol should be all the same in all operating system that uses Remote Desktop client.

In the Computer box, type the computer name, host name or the IP address of the computer that you want to connect to, followed by a colon (:) and the port number that you want to use.

For example, to connect to port 7777 on a computer that is named “remote.computer”, type the following information into the Computer box in Remote Desktop Connection as shown in the illustration:

remote.computer:7777

Connect to Non-Standard Remote Desktop Port

Then simply click on Connect to establish the Remote Desktop connections to the computer.

We, five members me, Anit, Deepesh, Arjun and rakesh was implicated in field research at Mercantile Office System, as the objective of Analysis of client/server system and Networking. As our objective we have meet the system administrator of MOS Mr. Eshwori Sharma and discuss in detail around 1 hour.
We have principally discussed about the client/server architecture, Software, Networking Devices, Networking Environment and firewalls etc. used by MOS.
We have found that, MOS is the huge ISP and solution provider in various areas of Nepal. It is the only one ISP of Nepal for providing .np authority.

We are much satisfied from the system administrator of MOS for kind co-operation and providing us reliable & more information about recent trends, networking and security challenges of ISP.

सबै कुरा परिवर्तनगामी छन । समयसंगै चल्नु हाम्रो आवश्यकता र अपरिहार्यता
हो । शिक्षा आफैमा अपुर्ण छ । कुनै पनि शिक्षाले त्यस ब्यक्तिलाई पुर्ण बनाऊन
सक्दैन । यो बाध्यता हो । ऊसमा निहित गुण, बुझ्न र जान्न चाहने उसको
छमता, उसले अध्ययन गर्ने ठाऊ(College) र Course(Degree) ले ब्यक्तीको
पहिचान निर्माण गर्दछ ।

BIM course Faculty Of Management अन्तरगत 2001 मा TU द्वारा सम्बंन्धन
दिईएका college हरुले संचालनगर्दै आएका छन् । Management र IT को समायोजन
नै यस्को प्रमुख बिशेषता हो । केहि बर्ष यता आएर बिस्तारै यस बिषयमा
भर्ना हुन आउने बिधार्थिको संख्या घटिरहेको छ । यो यथार्थ हो । साथ-साथै
पास भैसकेका बिधार्थिहरु पनि सम्बन्धित छेत्रमा जागिर पाउन नसकेको, धेरै
बिदेश अध्ययनार्थ गएको र केहि बेरोजगार भई बस्न बाध्य भएको भन्ने तथ्यांक
आइरहेका छन् । यो दोस्रो यथार्थ हो ।

१. University and Affiliated College २. रोजगारदाताहरु र ३. बिधार्थि र
बिषयको त्रिकोणात्मक संबन्ध(Triangle relationships) रहन्छ । यदि ई
तिनैको समायोजन राम्रो संग हुन सकेन भने माथि ऊल्लेखित समस्याहरु झन
चर्को रुपमा देखा पर्नेछन ।

किन यसो भयो?
१. सुरुबाति बर्षहरुमा कलेजहरुमा बिधार्थिको चाप राम्रै थियो । नया
बिषयमा नया ऊत्साह । पढेपछि के भईन्छ ?. र पढिसकेपछि बिधार्थिहरु रोजगारि
कहां पाऊलान? बिधार्थि र कलेज दुबै निस्चिन्त थिए । समय बित्दै जादा
कलेजहरु आ-आफ्नो डम्फु बजाऊन लागे । हामि राम्रो हाम्रो परिछाफल
यस्तो......यावत यावत । यसले के देखाऊछ भने कलेजहरु गुणात्मक भन्दा
संख्यात्मक पछमा थिए । जस्ले ऊनिहरुको तत्काल नाफा बढाईरहेको थियो ।
बिधार्थिहरुले के बुझ्नु जरुरि छ भने शिछा उनिहरुको पेशा हो नकि सेवा ।
मात्रामा फरक मात्रै हो ।

२. TU ले पनि New Course संचालन गरेपछि ब्यापक गुहकार्य गरेन । सिमित
कलेजका सिमित ब्यक्तिहरुको सल्लाह र सुझावमा काम गर्दै गयो । अनुगमन र
नियमन निकाय फितलो भएपछि बांकिले खेल्ने मौका पाउछन् । भएको त्यत्ति हो ।

३. पढ्ने र पढाउने तरिकामा पनि बार्षिक परिछामा जस्तै गरियो । ३ CrHr
साताको ३ घण्टा पढाउनु पर्नेमा ६ घण्टा पढाईयो । जस्ले गर्दा बिधार्थिले
राम्रो संग Project Work गर्न पाउदैनन् । आर्को भनेको Subject Expert हरु
एकदमै कम छन कलेजहरु संग। यो नै सबैभन्दा ठुलो दुर्भाग्य हो
बिधार्थिहरुको लागी ।

४. ७-८ बर्षको दौरानमा कलेजहरुले बिभिन्न रोजगारदाताहरु संग सहकार्यको
निति अवलम्बन गरेनन् । कमैमात्रमा यस बिषयको बारेमा रोजगारदाताहरुलाइ
थाहा छ । TU मुख्यरुपमा दोषि छ । लोकसेवालाई पनि यस बारेमा जानकारि छैन ।

५. केहि हदसम्म हामि बिधार्थिहरु पनि दोषि छौ । हामि पनि रिजल्टमै रमायौ
भबिष्य सोचेनौ । बिभिन्न खाले कोर्षहरु आफै गर्दा हुन्थ्यो तर सबैले
त्यसो गर्न चाहेनौ । खर्चको समायोजन पनि हाम्रो लागि चुनौति हो ।

सोच्नु पर्ने कुराहरु:
१. BIM आफेमा एउटा Discipline हो । Computer Science र Computer
Engineering संग यसलाई दाजेर हेर्नु उपयुक्त हुदैन र हेर्नु पनि हुदैन ।
२. Specialization Course Change गर्न सकिन्छ नकि Core Course हरु । यो
सामान्यतया कहिपनि गरिदैन Market Demand को नाममा । होईन भने Spring
and Fall Session मा फरक फरक Course पढाउन सक्नु पर्यो ।
३. Core Course change गर्दा त्यसले ल्याउने प्रभावको बारेमा अध्ययन
गर्नु जरुरि छ किनकि BIM नै अन्तिम पढाई होईन ।

के गर्ने त?
१. BIM पढाउने कलेजहरुका बिच आपसि सम्बन्ध बढाउन जरुरि छ । Teaching
Methodology, Project work, Evaluation system को बारेमा न्युनतम आधार
तोक्नु जरुरि छ ।
२. Faculty Empower गर्नु अपरिहार्य छ । Full time Faculty member को
संख्या बढाउनु पर्ने देखिन्छ ।
३. अन्य बिश्वबिधालयका Subject Expert , Employer र कलेजहरु मिलेर आयोग
बनाएर यस्को आवस्यकता र बास्तबिकता उजागर गर्ने र लागु गर्ने । अहिले
जस्तो १-२ जना Graduate र ४-५ जना Undergraduate मिलेर होईन ।
४. सबै कलेजले बर्षेनि न्युनतम रु. २ लाख देखि ५ लाख सम्म Research and
Development मा खर्च गर्ने । यसमा University Grants Commission ले पनि
सहयोग गर्नु पर्ने दखिन्छ आवस्यकता अनुसार ।
५. हप्ताको ३ दिन ३ घण्टा मात्रै पढाउने र बाकि समयमा Research मा संलग्न
गराउने ।

अन्त्यमा:
के Course Change गर्दैमा सबै बिधार्थिले रोजगार पाउछन त????
प्रश्न महत्बपुर्ण छ । बाकि कुराहरुमा पनि Revise or Change गर्नु पर्यो
। हो २-३ बर्ष सम्म पनि Course revise हुनु पर्ने हो भएको छैन ।

जुन ऊदेश्य साथ BIM Course बनाईएको थियो सम्बन्धित कलेजहरु र TU
ले पालना गरेका छन त??? होईन भने कसैको निहित स्वार्थपुर्तिका लागि वा सम्बन्धित बिषय पढाउन
Faculty नपाउने समस्याले Change गर्ने मनसाय हो भने दुर्भागयपुर्ण छ ।
होईन भने माथिको प्रश्नको उत्तरदिनु जरुरि छ सम्बन्धित निकायहरुले ।

We four students me, Anit, Ricky, Dipesh was go for Second Tokha field visit on dated 20th may 2008.

The main objective of second field visit was to make good co-ordination with Sharswoti Higher Secondary School’s family and our team or Prime IT Club.

As our objective we have deals with college principal sir Pancha Naryan Shrestha and got his positive co-operation

After meeting with college family we have went for chandeshwori Temple. We worship at temple & got bless from good and take our breakfast.

The weather was not so good so we didn't spent more time at temple , Unfortunately on the way raining has been started.

Then we cant continue to move. so, we enter a local hotel for lunch.

In the hotel we have take nice lunch and enjoy with playing pots..

After finish lunch the rain also stop, then we move towards the natural buties of tokha….
